I am a proud resident of the King and Vaughan Ward 1 community. Having called Kleinburg home and now residing in King, with family throughout Vaughan Ward 1 and King City, my connection and commitment to this community run deep.
As an educated business professional and part of a successful business, I understand the importance of hard work, responsibility, accountability, and making thoughtful investments in the future of our children.
I am running for Public School Board Trustee because I believe our community deserves a representative who is willing to ask difficult questions, examine the evidence, listen to families, and focus on achieving better outcomes for students. My goal is to help create an education system where every student has the opportunity and support they need to reach their full potential.
WHO I AM AS A CANDIDATE
I don’t just want to represent this community—I live here. I care deeply about the people and families who call it home. The challenges our community faces matter to me because they affect my neighbours, my family, and the future of our children. That is why I am committed to helping make our schools stronger for every student.
I believe in listening first. Parents, teachers, students, and community members should feel comfortable bringing their concerns and ideas forward. Your voice matters, and I will work to make sure it is heard.
I have a long-term vision for stronger schools and stronger students: strong academics, safe and welcoming environments, supported teachers and students, responsible spending, and informed, engaged parents working together.
I don’t believe in simply pointing out problems—I believe in solving them. For every issue, we should ask: What is wrong? What needs to change? And how will we know it worked? I will focus on practical solutions and measurable results.
With a strong academic background in financial literacy and experience as part of a successful business, I understand the importance of responsible financial decisions. I believe every dollar should be spent thoughtfully, transparently, and in the best interests of students.
